Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains our position on refunds for paid stndp subscriptions. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy.
1. No Refunds
All fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or fees already charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
2. Try Before You Buy: 7-Day Free Trial
Instead of refunds, we offer a 7-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the Service before committing. We encourage you to use the trial to confirm stndp meets your needs. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
3. What Happens When You Cancel
When you cancel a paid plan, your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will occur. We do not refund the cycle already paid. See the Cancellation Policy for details.
4. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence. Consumers in the EU, UK, Australia, and certain other jurisdictions may have statutory rights to a refund or withdrawal in specific circumstances; where such rights apply, we honor them. Note that, where permitted, by starting to use the Service during a withdrawal period you may agree to begin the service immediately and acknowledge the effect this can have on a statutory right of withdrawal.
5. Billing Issues and Chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at support@stndp.io and we will investigate promptly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
