Sub-processors
Last updated: June 7, 2026
To run stndp we rely on a small number of trusted third parties ("sub-processors") that process personal data on our behalf. We keep this list current so you always know who is involved and what they do. We do not sell your personal data.
Optional embedding providers
Semantic search embeds your content into vectors. By default these embeddings are computed locally and no content leaves your infrastructure for this purpose. If your operator instead configures a hosted embedding backend, content selected for indexing is sent to one of the following providers. These are engaged only when a hosted backend is explicitly configured:
International transfers
Where a sub-processor processes data outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses) as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to this list
When we add or replace a sub-processor, we will update this page. Business customers under a Data Processing Agreement receive advance notice of new sub-processors and may object as set out in the DPA. To be notified of changes, email support@stndp.io.
